Home / Admissions & Tuition
We keep our process simple and our tuition transparent, so families can make an informed, confident decision from the very first visit.
Our admissions process
01
Reach out and we'll arrange a time for you to visit during a working school day.
02
See the prepared environment, meet our guides, and observe Montessori in motion.
03
When it feels right for both of us, you'll complete a short application for your child.
04
We welcome your family and prepare together for a smooth, gentle start.
We believe enrollment works best when it begins with a relationship. Our goal is not simply to fill a classroom, but to welcome families who will help strengthen our community.
We strive to keep tuition straightforward, transparent, and reflective

Tuition is an annual commitment based on reserving your child's place in the program for the academic year. For your convenience, annual tuition is divided into 11 equal monthly payments. Monthly payments remain due regardless of attendance, holidays, school closures, or withdrawal before the end of the school year.
Financial Assistance
Each year we set aside a small number of need-based scholarships for families who share our values but for whom tuition is a genuine stretch. They are limited, and we can't promise aid to everyone who asks — but we try to help where we can, and we offer monthly installment plans to keep payments manageable.
If cost is the only thing standing between your child and La Casa, please start the conversation. It's confidential, and it's one we're always glad to have.
Ask about our limited scholarships, payment plans, and sibling discounts during your tour.
Talk with us →Families join us from Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, Uhland, Maxwell, Niederwald, Lockhart, and surrounding communities because they are seeking an authentic Montessori education rooted in independence, belonging, and purposeful work.
At La Casa, tuition supports far more than a place to spend the day. It supports carefully prepared classrooms, experienced Montessori guides, uninterrupted work cycles, and a community where children learn independence, responsibility, and joyful contribution.
Children leave each day having done meaningful work, cared for their environment, and discovered new confidence in their abilities.
Our school is intentionally small and community-oriented. We encourage prospective families to visit and learn about our philosophy, culture, and expectations before enrolling.
The best enrollment decisions happen when both the family and the school feel confident they are a good match.
Start with a tourAvailability
Because our classrooms are intentionally small, spaces can be limited. We encourage interested families to schedule a tour early and begin the conversation as soon as they feel ready.
Visit us
The best way to understand a Montessori classroom is to stand quietly in one. Tell us a little about your family and we'll find a time for you to visit.
We believe admissions is a conversation, not a transaction. Together we'll explore whether La Casa is the right environment for your child, and whether our community is the right fit for you.
